Your Child Comes Home. You’re Still at Work. Now What?
The school day ends—but for working parents, the workday doesn’t. And that can leave you asking: Is my child safe? Who are they with? What are they doing? Are they just sitting around on a phone or tablet until I get home?
What if after school could become the best part of their day?
That’s exactly what we created The ELiTE 32 to do.
ELiTE 32 is a state-licensed after-school program for youth ages 7+ designed to give children more than somewhere to go. We give them a place to discover, create, learn, and grow.

Because sometimes a child doesn’t know what they’re good at yet. They just need the opportunity to try something new.
Maybe your child discovers a love for music. Maybe they realize they’re a natural creator, problem-solver, designer, engineer, or storyteller. Maybe they simply find a place where they feel encouraged to be themselves.
And here’s the part every parent needs to know:
If your family qualifies for the Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program, The ELiTE 32 may be available to you FREE.
That means your child can have access to a structured, creative, educational after-school experience without adding another major expense to your monthly budget.
We’re currently accepting students, and we have only 32 spots available.
If your child is ready for something beyond another afternoon of scrolling, gaming, or sitting around—this is their invitation to discover what they’re capable of.
